The rent (including deposit) will be paid partly in cash or entirely via the bank at the tenant's choice. With full payment of the rent via the bank, the down payment is 20% and the remainder must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. With partial cash payment on arrival to the house manager, the advance is 50%, on the understanding that never more than 500 euros can be paid in cash. When paying in cash, checks and notes of EUR 200 or more are not accepted. For bookings within 4 weeks before arrival with full payment via the bank, the full rental amount must be paid at once. If, in the opinion of the manager, there is a default in the final cleaning carried out, cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit. Arrival and departure times
